CTS delivers specific solutions for providing texture in multiple food applications, based on a wide palette of ingredients, including hydrocolloids, emulsifiers, lecithin, cultures, starches, soy flour and functional system.
In addition to the Zibo plant that manufactures Xanthan gum and the Beijing site that provides local blending capabilities for stabilizer systems, CTS has also set up two centers of excellence in China, i.e. the Applications Service Center in Beijing and the Technical Service Lab in Shanghai, to work with its customers to create innovative products for local consumers.
