We operate on an integrated global basis to source, store, trade, process and distribute crops including wheat, corn, oilseeds, barley, sorghum and cotton, as well as vegetable oils and meals. We have a broad global presence in grain origination, shipping and processing and we have developed significant expertise in handling identity preserved and differentiated products.
Our supply chain efficiency combined with origin and logistical flexibility enables us to deliver significant value to our customers around the world. We also work closely with Cargill's finance and risk management businesses to offer a range of financial and hedging products.
In addition, we support farmers through a variety of programs including risk management, soil health and connecting them to new and emerging supply chains.

We are one of China’s leading suppliers and processors of grains and oilseeds. By combining global resources with strong local operations, we connect the Chinese market with global supply chains, providing customers with grains, oilseeds and oils sourced from multiple origins.
In China, we operate five integrated grain and oil processing facilities located in Dongguan and Yangjiang in Guangdong Province, Cangzhou in Hebei Province, Nantong in Jiangsu Province, and Rizhao in Shandong Province. With nearly 2,000 employees across the country, we provide localized support to customers and partners. This footprint helps strengthen the resilience and flexibility of our supply chain, enabling us to serve customers across China more efficiently.

Products and services
Grains and oilseeds
We operate across a broad range of agricultural commodity markets, supplying customers with high-quality grains and oilseeds sourced from around the world. Our portfolio includes soybeans, canola seed, corn, barley, sorghum, wheat, soybean meal, vegetable oils and non-grain feed ingredients.
Foodservice oils
Building on Cargill's global foodservice expertise and strong local market insight, we provide refined and blended vegetable oils in multiple packaging formats, including canola oil, sunflower oil, soybean oil, palm oil and high-oleic vegetable oils. Our portfolio includes Socfat, a frying oil brand specially developed for the Chinese foodservice market, and Kitchen One, a foodservice oil brand tailored for Chinese cuisine. Together with Happy One, Cook One, KeLaiWanLi, JiaYouXiShi, and YouBeiBei, these brands form a comprehensive brand matrix.
In addition, Cargill’s oil technical service team recommends targeted products and customized operating procedures based on each customer’s kitchen environment and menu portfolio, while providing ongoing in-store operation support. Cargill continues to monitor trends in the foodservice industry and collaborates with multiple big data platforms. Through advanced analytics and insights, Cargill Foodservice Trends Report helps customer seek business opportunities. Supported by a multi-dimensional product portfolio and services, we precisely address the diverse and customized oil needs of foodservice customers.
Food ingredients
We supply a variety of specialty vegetable oils and fats to meet the diverse needs of food manufacturers. These include solutions for dairy beverage bases, non-dairy whipped toppings and non-dairy creamers, snack foods, confectionery and chocolate, ice cream, sauces, and other applications. Core brands include Puriclear, Ultimate, Super YZ-2, and others.
We are committed to providing healthier oil and fat solutions for the food industry, including non-hydrogenated solutions, zero trans-fatty acid solutions, low saturated fatty acid solutions, and low contaminant solutions.
Bakery fats and oils
We provide high-quality bakery fats and oils, including butter, dairy blend margarine, non-hydrogenated margarine and liquid shortening. Our key brands include Beyume, Sunny One and Monbaker. We also work closely with customers to develop tailored products and services, and provide market-driven innovative formulations as well as production-line implementation solutions.
