Cargill Animal Protein is one of the largest meat and poultry processors in the world, producing a total of 5.9 million tons of protein each year. It has beef operations in USA, Canada, Argentina, and Australia; pork operations in USA and Brazil; turkey operations in the U.S [Note: Turkey and chicken are both classified as poultry].; poultry operations in Brazil, Thailand, UK, Canada and Honduras; and sales offices throughout Asia, including Shanghai, Hong Kong, Taipei, Singapore, Tokyo, Osaka and Seoul. Now in China, Cargill Animal Protein is selling U.S., Canadian, Argentine and Australian beef; U.S. and Brazilian pork; U.S. turkey; and Brazilian and British poultry to customers in the region.
