Headquartered in Beijing, Clearwater Consulting is an integral part of Cargill Value Investment's business in China. Staffs in Clearwater Consulting have been working in the non-performing loan market in China since 2001. With strong experience and deep understanding of the Chinese non-performing loan and real estate markets, Clearwater provides CVI and third parties the first rate investment consulting services. Clearwater employees have been directly involved in due diligence and resolution consulting for Huarong I, Huarong II, China Construction Bank, and Cinda (2005) auctions as well as numerous private transactions.
