About Us

GBT-Cargill High Fructose (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between Cargill Incorporated and Global Bio-Chem Technology Group Company Limited (GBT). GBT-Cargill’s focus is to provide high quality HFCs and services to customers in China and Asia region. The GMP and HACCP quality management systems have been implemented through the entire production to ensure the product’s high and stable quality. GBT-Cargill not only provides products, but also provides tailor-made solutions to customers with support from the strong technical teams from both Cargill research center and GBT experienced experts.

Products and Services

IsoClear® HFCS42 High Fructose Corn Syrup is a high fructose corn syrup produced using a multiple enzyme process. Its high quality, clean, non-masking taste and clarity make IsoClear® 42% High Fructose Corn Syrup ideal for use in the food and beverage industries. This easy-handling and stable syrup with 93% (DSB) combined fructose and dextrose solids may be used to replace up to 100% of sucrose or invert syrup in many food and beverage applications.

IsoClear® 42% High Fructose Corn Syrup meets all standards set by the International Society of Beverage Technologists (ISBT) for color, taste, odor, floc, and sediment.
